Responsibilities: -Conducts training to customer's / dealer's operators on prepress applications and operations on specific demand -Conducts demonstrations in showroom or at customer site for new products -Support direct sales if technical support is necessary -Provide proposals for customer according to sales request -Provide adequate support to dealer channels -Provide regular report to management regarding application support matters while providing recommendations for continuous improvement -Ensure showroom equipment is in proper condition at all times -Shows customer relation skills and ability to solve customer complaints -Prepares write-ups on latest technology and general product info. For newsletter and industry Qualification - Minimum 3 years pertinent experience in this field - College degree, major in Printing Tech/Mechanical Engineering preferred - Sound English skills in speaking, reading and writing - Good communication and interpersonal skills
